Assumption Sisters of Eldoret is a local religious institute which was founded in Kenya, East Africa in 1962. It is especially placed under the protection of the Glorious Mother of God. The Assumption sisters arrived in Broome Diocese, Australia in April, 2018 through invitation by Most Rev. Bishop Christopher Saunders, the Bishop of the catholic Diocese of Broome. The pioneer Sisters are; Sr Naomi, Sr Clare, Sr. Dorcas and Sr Mary. The sisters work in various ministries including teaching and pastoral work in the Parish.
